Appointments
With the current Covid-19 pandemic, there are a few changes to our appointment booking process. We would like to reassure you that we remain your primary source of medical care and advice.
Please note that we are not accepting any walk-in patients at this time and, as such, you MUST CALL the clinic first to arrange an appointment. We are currently booking telephone appointments only and, if deemed necessary after speaking to your doctor, you may be asked to come into the clinic for an in-person appointment.
If your doctor has asked you to come to the office for an in-person appointment, please knock on the door to clinic and take a step back. You will be asked some screening questions at the door by one of our medical office assistants and will then be asked to use hand sanitizer and put on a mask. The wearing of masks is mandatory within the clinic at all times.
If you currently receive regular injections or treatments through our nurse, you are asked to call the clinic ahead of time and we will schedule you a pre-booked appointment for this.
When calling to book an appointment, if you have any symptoms of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, headache or muscles pains, please let our medical office assistants know so that we can book your visit in a safe and appropriate manner.
We have developed a COVID-19 safety plan that we have put in place and are following all guidelines set out by the Provincial Health Officer and WorkSafe BC to ensure a safe workplace for our staff as well as for our patients.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Ingram Family Physicians is not accepting new patients at this time.
